At Catherine's on Christmas he encourages her to go for the takeover of a company that she had been talking to Neil about but she wanted to wait. The thing is he was suggesting that she use Chancellor stock to do the takeover. So, I'm betting that he owns the company in secret and if she uses stock, he will end of with it giving him more to add to his 25%.

I hope she does not us the stock to takeover the company that she wants. I thought Catherine was a very smart business woman but now I am not sure and Neil should be checking out Tucker more I think.
