I recently found myself a new apartment. It's a newly renovated bachelor in a quiet area, all inclusive. What ammenities do you consider essential when home hunting?

Here on the island home prices have gone through the roof and as such I am not thinking of buying a house .Instead I am thinking about getting a piece of land and make my own house.Howeve if I did go house hunting I would ensure that it has many rooms for me and my children (when I have them)and a guest room for when my family and friends come over, consequently I would be thinking about four or five rooms. In addition I would think about access to city centres ,hospitals, schools and malls.

I am hoping to sell my house and buy a bungalow. I would like a detached or semi-detached bungalow that is situated in a quiet location. It would have at least two bedrooms or space to extend it. Even better would be three bedrooms or four bedrooms would be perfect. A dining room would be useful but not essential. A garage connected to the bungalow would be great if I could convert it into a room. The bungalow would have a pleasing looking garden. Level access would be essential. You see my toddler son is disabled and he will be getting a wheelchair. There is what my family needs and what I can afford. I hope that you are enjoying it in your new apartment.

I look for somewhere close to home and job. First I look at the location. Then I will go there and drive through the parking lot day and night to make sure it is safe and no criminal activity is there or anywhere around it. I look for a place where I can look out the windows and see trees or maybe a pond, a large Bedroom, A big enough Living and dining room but doesn't have to be that big just a decent size where you have enough room to put your things. I always have to have a fireplace! I just have always liked them. I have to have a big enough closet for clothes but again not a supr large one. And of course a Dishwasher as well. And if it does not have a washer and dyer I can live without that as long as there is one on property or close by.
