how to become good writer in mylot?

I am still new in Mylot (less than 2 weeks), but I am very enjoy it. I still need to learn many things about Mylot. Mylot has taught me to write something useful. From Mylot I also read many interesting things. It is really wonderful. But, here, I also just realized that write is not an easy thing. About how to create an idea of discussion, then how to start write a first word and complement a discussion. Honestly, I am very impressed with mylotters who can write so many new things and make qualified discussions. Can you please help me to create new idea of discussion, how to write in good manner? how to become a good mylotter?
