Still/fizzy Flavoured/unflavoured

I prefer still water. I think having water fizzy takes some of the helath benefits away because the gases can bloat you. Flavoured water can be nice but again yoou have to be careful because they can be loaded with sugar. It is best to flavour water yourself at home with fruit. One thing i do not like is plain fizzy water. It makes me feel sick.

The flavoured water is pretty good (strawberry not orange) It tastes alot like a yummy juice, and yet you know it's healthy.
