What Is the star with number in it near the name?

The star is your reputation here in MyLot.The more positive feedbacks you will get (+), the more will be your reputation.Your yellow star is for 8.Red is for 9.Mine is some pinkish, it is for 6.Just hover your mouse on the star, you will see your ratings out of 100. And yes, your earnings is affected by the ratings you get.Someone with a rating of 9 or 10 will earn more for each post than a person with a rating of 2.This is because the person with a higher rating generally makes good quality posts.

The star tell you something about your user reputation, and will first appear next to your name when you have (100) or higher appearing after your name. The user reputation explains how the other users have rated your discussions or responses positive or negative. Adding to much negative feedback to another user may hurt your own reputation rating.

Its your reputation star. You just put your coursor on that star and u will see a number. Hope your number will be between 76 to 84. And what number u have obtained, its your reputation no. Out of 100. Its just a reputation and it increases through +ve n -ve rating. No more earnings for reputation.
