It is SUPPOSED to be animated.

Take a look at my profile picture. It's in GIF format and it is supposed to be animated. I got really happy when I was able to upload it successfully, but when I looked at the discussions I've responded to, my avatar isn't moving anymore. Can somebody please help me? Thanks!

That same exact thing has happened to me before,it can also depend on which website you upload your animation format,GIF formats may be disable on this website,which means some website do not support that file name.I'm unsure if Mylot excepts this file name.Some Files may not upload correctly,they may at first though.The problem may also be that when you uploaded the picture,at the time GIF files where allowed,maybe since then they were disabled and not supported.
Heres what I suggest you do about this problem:
-Try reuploading the picture for your avatar
-Read about Mylots photo files,if they have any information about the files they except.If they say they dont except GIF,try downloading the picture again in another image file.
