Does anyone have any recommendations for any diet pills?  email this discussion to a friend?

I'm about 25 pounds over weight. I've been working out and going to the gym for the last 4 months but I feel like I need some extra help.

I see commercials on TV ALL THE TIME for diet aids and I'm sure that most of them don't work very well. I don't know who to believe or what to trust, everyone is like buy this supplement, no, but THIS supplement.

I went to a GNC store but the guy there was an obvious salesman and I don't think he knew what he was talking about, he was just trying to make a sale.

I heard about this drug called Fastin that used to be prescription ( http://suppz.com/cheap-fastin.html ) but now is OTC, has anyone used it? Does it work well?

Any advice? Anything to try? Anything to avoid?

i think you should not go for any diet pills.. you are working out in gym for it.. So just continue it in regularity base.. My uncle had used many of this kind of pills.. But its not working.. Don't use them.. may be you got wrong reaction from it... Best way to reduce the weight is take proper and healthy food. and do exercise regularly...thumbup

I would try gren tea first. you can have two cups a day or if you do not like the tatse of tea you can buy green tea capsules. If ITC diet pills worked there would not be so many heavy people out there.

Try Xenical, it was over the counter but here is the warning, you still need to exercise and diet despite of using diet pills. Xenical have lots of reviews in youtube.

I'm with your first responder. Don't take any pill! They simply don't work and our bodies are not designed to process all of the garbage that they put into them! I went through a phase when I tried all the "hottest" things on the market in a desperate attempt to lose weight. For the life of me, I can't think of a single name at the moment but they were all available over-the-counter. One of them actually caused me to have a nosebleed! Until that point, I had never had one before. Lots of them made me irritable and gave me problems going to the bathroom. I tried "super dieter's tea" from GNC once....I couldn't get OUT of the bathroom! It's just not worth it, in my opinion. I've had much more success by cutting out sugars, carbs and fats. I steam or bake most of my meats and try to eat vegetables raw. I lost 5 lbs just by cutting out sodas! It's the little things, you know? I probably lose about 3 or 4 lbs a month and that is a healthy weight loss rate. I walk about 30mins a day as well. Don't waste your time and money. Talk to a nutritionist, talk to a trainer at your gym. Your health is much too important to risk by using weigh loss aids. You can do it!

please stay away from all diet pills. they are dangerous. you don't know what they will do to you. if you want to lose some weight talk with your dr about it.

I had the same problem all my single life but only became committed to losing weight after I gave birth to my first child. I pictured how my body SHOULD look like and from then on I would stick to my schedule of stretching everyday for 15 minutes, briskwalking and jogging for 30 minutes 2x a week. hi dear you know in the last summer i also had the same problem and even i asked many people about this and tried many pills and drank many powder but nothing happened so i got frustrated and decided to do it my own , i changed my routine and started eating fresh vegetable and did yoga for 1 hour in the morning and the result was in front of me within a month so don't go with pill things , just do yoga and notice the change in your life , trust me it will help you a lot to do work.

I have done it all and it does not work. I had to have gastric bypass when it was all over and done. I gained so much more weight when I stopped using pills. i am happy and thinner now. Good luck to you

You shouldn't try those things, in my view.. pîlls, diet...not really good.. The most great thing to loose weight,is too choose the right meat for your kind of life and doing exercising each day..at least 30min... You have to know what you need to take...depending of you digestive system and others things like that.. Continue to go to gym it help..or maybe just consult book (and good ones...not one who tell you that you will loose 10 pound in one week...)or see a specialist..it could help.. I never trust in that kind of diet or pill. and I succed to loose weight just with exercising each day and each less (but same things) and more healthy food.

I got a book here,,, that at start was not really that was good but finally I loose 6 pound on 6.5 pound on 6 weeks I think, and I was only at the second state of the training...the training was during 3 months..but I could do all year long. I really get in shape ehhe The book is from Matt Roberts and call 90-day fitness plan. It's really a good training and with your gym you should be able to do all exercices that are in the book.. I was really suprise but it's really work!
