Can add backlinks code to blog?

Recently I apply for backlins. They offer php or asp code. And my blog can not appear php or asp code, can appear html code. Is that mean I can not add the advertisement code? Or i do not use the correct method to add the code? Do you know how to add backlinks code or I should change another blog?

Sorry, But, what I know is... BackLink not support BlogSpot[dot]Com domain or Blogger hosting. You must have Wordpress blog or such thing like that. Good luck. I think you can register the alternative of BackLink. PM me okay!
