anyone know anything about Alteril a sleeping aid?  

i had a friend on fb tell me about it and with my at best average of 3 hours a night a week i decided to buy it.. she had told me her doc told her it was really good and safe for her kid to try so i bought it.. when i was looking up online i couldnt find much info on it other than places selling it and a couple of sites with people either saying it was deceptive because the box and website dont list all the ingredients, one knocking it saying its fake (but of course happened to be selling the other kinds so was prob just lying to make sells) and an angry mother claiming she found out it was dangerous on AC.. i know there are always a few people that will complain about ANYTHING so im not too worried on that but i do not like trying many all natural things just because i am on a lot of meds.. but i have been on a lot of rx sleeping pills that didnt help and i have a super high tolerance to any kind of medication (pain pill dosage practically has to kill a horse to even phase me)

i did however take it and it worked great (but so far only tried one night) but i was hoping some one out here has some experience and if their docs have ever mentioned it etc.. it said to not take it if you are on xanax because its helpful with anxiety so i guess maybe it would make too much of a good thing??? i am on xanax but figured i would try a half dose to be safe..

anyone have any experience with this otc sleep aid? has your doc ever told you anything on it? i dont really want to take anything i found on the net as credible since it was only a few and one was a store site trying to promote ITS sleeping stuff..
