If somebody wants to give up something even if their life,how could we do?

Hi Zhouxi, As a person who constantly thinks about life and once really considered getting rid of mine, I would say that the best thing such a person can do is try! I know it is stupid right, but that was when my life changed. I had a counsellor at one stage who really helped me, but until I took myself by the hand and showed myself what the end really would be like, I didn't understand. That experience though, and the fear that came with it, taught me to value what I have and so I have come to love life and want to enjoy it so when the time finally comes and I do die, I will be happy. I am slightly different mentally to other's though so this could just be a me thing, but I think if someone is like that just be nice to them and give them time to come around. I think they just need to know someone cares and they have a reason to live. But fundamentally the decision to live has to be theirs. You can never force someone to love life, and the more you do the more they will probably turn away. Just give them hope and their mind will hopefully take care of the rest Dranz

Hi zhouxi, that is a tough call, how to you tell another person that giving up is not the right way. :) May be showing the person another person who has much lesser in life and making him or her feel more blessed will help. I think that makes me feel yes, god's not exactly neglected me. He is busy right now. He will come to me soon enough. That is how I tell myself when I am about to give up. :)

Well, for me I would give up everything but not my life. Maybe blood donations for me is alright. I love my existence, there are people around me who needs me and so I need them to. I will give what I have as long it will be a contribution like other needs. Only God can has the right over my existence.
