| In last couple of the month, I have trouble sleeping, always uneasy when after being in bed. I seem to have insomia, therefore interfering with my activities everyday. Usually I can sleep at night at 10 o'clock, now I just be able to sleep after 4 o'clock in the morning. And I started my activities at 8 o'clock and always sleepy until my activities is finish at 5 o'clock at late afternoon. I have tried therapy with herbal medicine but it's doesn't work, drink a glass of milk before I sleep and counting goats until 1000 it's same doesn't work for me. Did anybody have same problem like I do, and how to solve this ? | | | | | |

| | Hello Lazuardy,,, Today Insomia is getting a usually thing in life. Many People have this problem. As i thing, insomia is not a problem it just a habbit of the people that His/Her daily always until late night. so this force Him/Her not sleep until early morning. Maybe only the activities must be less again and make others aktivities before sleep until you tired. so maybe if we tired will make sleepy. don't make a thing activities. From me thats all friends. | | ..i experienced it also last year. it last for almost 3 months. it really give me a hard time to get some sleep on the night and sleepy on the day. you should visit a doctor for help that you are looking.. they can give you medicine and can trace why you are having a hard time to sleep.. just try! goodluck.. | | | | | | |

I have tried some home remedies before like drinking warm milk before going to bed, eating banana, taking some honey, and many others but it didn't work. I was thinking that it was because my job isn't physically tiring, but mentally. I am an online English teacher so what I used to do is just sit down and talk for how many hours. I tried to make myself physically exhausted by doing some exercises and sweating a lot early in the afternoon (since I couldn't wake up early in the morning). | | I was having this issue for a long time, then I changed a couple things. We bought a sleepnumber bed (helped my back issues)and I also started taking one a days with my vitamin c pills. I read somewhere that magnesium and vitamin c takin together will help you sleep better and it has been working for me for quite some time. My main issue it seems is my mind does not stop thinking while I'm trying to sleep. I would recomend to check when clinics/hospitals have sleep tests for free and check them out.
