Kodak ESP7 All In One Printer - AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH  

I am a big fan of Kodak. I have a Kodak digital camera. I have a Kodak printer dock. They have been around for years. So when they came out with the all in one printer. The commericals sounded great. I work on family histories. So having a scanner & printer in one really helps. I don't do a lot of printing but I have always kept my printer low printing quality to use less ink unless I needed it. I got the ESP 7 one because of the wifi and 2 because it was kodak. I will say the first time I used it I loved it. I love that I can put 4 pictures on the scanner and scan them, and it recognizes them as single images. It saves so much time. I loved my printer until it started giving me errors. That was 8 months into it. It kept saying paper jam, when there was no paper in it. It would give me an error code number. It would tell me it need ink when I just bought new ones and put them in. I may also add that one would think that even if the print function is not working the scanner function would. NOOOOOO!!!!!!!! I went online with kodak and chatted with them. They overnighted me a new printhead and new inks. I was amazed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overnighted them. Well I replaced the stuff and my printer worked again. I was sooooo happy. Well after 2 weeks it started all over again. Got back on the line with Kodak. This time they were going to send me a new printer. They said it would be 7 to 10 day but got here in like 3. Yeah. Well I open the box and noticed its a REFURBISHED printer. Red flags right there. I have had the printer since just before Christmas and I have yet to be able to use it. Either it won't connect wifi. Or it just won't print. More error codes, paper jams and ink problems. I get back on the horn with Kodak and chat with them online. I tell them to send me a box and I will send it back and I want my $200 back. They tell me to call. Oh OK. I call and get someone in India. Who right from the get go says they can't hear me, and bad connection. Call back. I call back & again same problems. So right now I have a none working printer & I am ready to scream. I can't get anything done. Work or non-work. It is very frustrating. Stay away from Kodak printers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
