Did you know that drinking water at a specific time could give good benefits for you? Taking 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs... Taking a glass of water 30 minutes before meals, helps in digestion... Taking a glass of water before you sleep helps to prevent stroke.. Do you have any other ideas regarding the benefits of taking water?

drinking lots of water can also cure kidney stones, diabetes, arthritis, and improves metabolism. But drinking too much water is also dangerous especially to the elderly. A condition called hyponatremia, a state wherein excess water in the body dilutes the normal amount of sodium in our blood.

Oh, I didn't know this before. Thanks for posting. Well noted. From now on, I will follow your suggestion. Where did you found this information? I am already convinced, but for reference's sake, it will be better if you can provide some source of that information. Did you learned that reading a book, or from a doctor? or from your experience alone?
