music in the gym  

hi guys im sure most of us here all hit the gym or jog in the park or basically do some form of exercise. i don't know about you guys but the music that the gym plays really is just too sad for me to work out to i always like something fun an upbeat to keep me going till i get such a rush i just work out like crazy haha and loads of other people bring their i pods too so im not alone in this but i would like to know your play lists as i would like to expand mine :) i have a lot of songs but these are just the top on my list and i really would like to have a lot more choices so please let me know some of yours :)
