Which is better sunset or sunrise?

I like sunsets at the ebach personally..

sunrise is to welcome us and sunset is to bade goodbye for the day. Sunshine at the time of sunrise, (I was told) gives a lot of cosmic rays which are good for health. Scene of sunset gives a feeling of warmth. So both are better and both desirable.
