Agent Zero Gilbert Arenas is suspended due to gun incident  

I think the suspension isn't too much at all.I believe he is not the only one who bring a gun in the team's room in NBA.And he said he just want to avoid his little daughter touch it at first.But I also think he shouldn't gun point his teammate. What's worse,he even hadn't a gun permit but hold at least 4 guns.So I think the suspension isn't too much for him.He really should think his behavior twice,what he does hurts his fans a lot ,and it adverse effects hurt the team and the union,too.

Bringing a gun inside the locker poses a great threat to everybody, especially to his teammates. As professionals, NBA players are expected to act like one and should take total responsibility of their actions. What Gilbert Arenas did was totally uncalled for. He doesn't have any business or reasons to bring guns inside the locker room or even just inside the game place premises. The actions of Arenas have tarnished the name of the NBA once again and probably the whole sports world as well. Athletes could be stereotyped as abusive individuals once again by people and worse could be called as "thugs". What David Stern and the rest of the NBA have given Arenas is worth his due, in fact, a full-season suspension would serve him right. Arenas, and the rest of the NBA players as well, are no longer kids that should be reprimanded and told what are the right and wrong things. As professionals and as global icons, they should know and be aware that their actions will be known publicly (and I mean worldwide) and their actions could influence other people. It's just so unfortunate that the Washington Wizards lost Arenas once again. Arenas is the Wizards top scorer and go-to-guy. Too bad that his actions really hit the team hard. Antawn Jamison said that he and the team is really embarrassed about what Arenas did and the team is going some very tough times now. This should be a lesson learned for Arenas. He is a very good player and got the potential to be great but he should not allow such very irresponsible and immature actions get the most and best out of him. He's missing some considerable number of games once again.
