What is the mean of "internal setup error. Code error:14. Please contact support."

Recently i want to install daemon lite tools to my laptop. But it always doesn't work after click the "run" tab and then shows the words " internal setup error. Code error:14. Please contact support". What is it? How to fix it? Thanks so much for your explanations.

it mean conflict with other software while you installing Daemon Tools. Turn off all your program which use to access DVD/CD-Rom drive.
