I like Australia, where you will need to do a lot of roaming between each place to see, but if you can't get there, try New Zealand. I stayed in Wellington on the North Island for two weeks in 2004. I drove myself around the South Island for two weeks in 2005. I climbed two glaciers, went on tours & walks & eco-tours, etc. It was an awesome experience. Even when you get back home, you feel like you're on top of the world for days - literally half-way up a glacier or something - everything seems so small. They have full-on vegan bed & breakfast places there where I stayed & vegan eat-outs that are open 24/7 which make some real good stuff. Organic too! The place is amazing. The East coast has all the comforts of civilized living while the west coast has all the adrenalin sports & activities. Air New Zealand is the best airline I've flown with. They have 100% vegan breakfasts - there are no other options!!!

China is a good place to visit and not expensive, I think for those under developed countries, there're most nature views with cheap budget.

Italy is absolutely beautiful to see, no matter what you are in to. There are ancient buildings and modern ones that mingle together perfectly with fountains and parks and very nice people. Getting there is the most expensive part because they have paninis and gelato at very reasonable prices for food and hostels to sleep in.
