First, you should know what this diet is about. by doing this you are cleansing the body toxins or anything bad in your stomach, intestines, etc. In doing this, you will feel better, be healthier, and lose weight really fast. Second, what you need to do is mix this drink (described below) and drink only that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the 7-10 days that you are doing the diet. You must only drink this mixture, as soon as you eat real food, you have ruined the cleanse and must start from scratch again. the only other thing you could drink is an occasional organic herbal tea. Third, you might wonder if this mixture will be enough for a person to live on. well, it has all of the nutrients you will need for the length of the diet, and you should not feel too hungry while on it. Fourth, the proper mixture for one day of drink is 15 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice, 15 tablespoons of natural organic maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 2 liters of filtered water. you can adjust the amounts slightly for your taste. Also, if you feel you need a little bit more than that for the day you can adjust accordingly. Lastly, in the evening of every day, you need to drink a glass of salt water. this is to help clear out your system before you go to bed. you should be warned that a bowel movement will follow this glass of salt water is about 12 ounces of water and a teaspoon of organic sea salt. hi there! nice detox concoction you have here, the ingredients are well know for detoxification but i doubt if it can totally lose weight in 10 days, what i'm only sure is you can lose some weigth with it but only hydrotoxin waste inside your body but the hard fat...uumm! i don't think so...i'm been in gym for more than a year now and i seen a lot of people doing this detox concoction thing and what they get is frequency in the toilet and feeling daze...

I doubt you will be healthier. The healthiest way of losing weight is losing 1-2 lbs a week. It may or may not work, but losing 10 lbs in 10 days can be dangerous to your health.
