Have any of you normal bakers ever tried to make a wedding cake, either just for a fun practice, or maybe for yourself or a friend. I am considering taking on the challenge to practice for possibly making one for my wedding. Any suggestions or funny stories would be a great help to me making this decision.
I don't think i could do it. It seems like a very hard thing to do. I would have some one else do it. Wedding cakes seem to be so big and fancy. But good luck to you if you take the challenge of making it yourself. I hope it turns out good for you.
Thanks for the support! This will be my second marriage, so I am not as much concerned about the fantastic cake, like I was the first time. Simple and beautiful is good enough for me!
