Are you dependable on electricity?

Yes. If my electric was off I couldn't cook, all my food would go bad in the fridge, the tv and internet would be off, and I would be in the dark. I've had that happen more than a few times due to a storm or hurricane and it's hell for me.

I am dependable on electricity although we did survive a week without it while camping last summer. And We would probably do it again this year.

yah i am...ive grown up with constant, stable electricity my whole life, so it'd be hard to go without it for a long period of time. when i was in afghanistan this summer, i had to get used to not having electricity (the electricity came maybe once or twice a day for a couple hours where we were staying). it was pretty difficult..and quite boring to just sit around in the dark with no tv, computer, radio, etc. i would have to take showers by candlelight...with cold water from a bucket, mind you!
