its obvious that staying fit and having an athletic body and all is good for your health and helps us to live more long.but what bout going to the gym.in the gym,people increase their mass and do all the weigh lifting stuffs.is it good for health.i've heard it causes physical problems in future due to over fat and many other problems as well.please comment
Fat is not caused from working out in a gym. It is caused by unactivity and consuming more calories than you need. Most weighlifters and body builders and a low bodfat level. It sure beats sitting on someones rear end watching tv or reading. If you do not want to go to a gym do a 5 mile walk 5 days a week and a 7 mile the other 2 days. Do push ups and sit ups and get a 20 pund pair of dumbells for curls, that is light enough for most people to handle.
