Britain raises terror threat level to "sever"

Britain raised its thread level on Friday from "substantial" to "severe" indicating a terrorist attack is "highly likely"
Do you think that terrorist groups have been spreading around the world and now it looks kind of already too late to get things under control?

No matter how hard the government tries, things will NEVER be under control. There are just too many views and opinions in the world to control everybody. Terrorists will always be a threat because they will never stop being produced and brain-washed by evil organisations for various reasons.

Things have never been under control and things will never be under control. Some people are taught so many things we would deem as being absolutely insane. We can't just control that by intercepting intelligence. No instead we should do something about countries that do nothing about such terroristic organizations. This isn't being done by the lonely guy who thinks the world is evil. No, it's done by people who are systematically taught that Western countries are evil.
