Flash Disk Error

I get message telling me my new flash disk needs to be formatted. Then i try to format but format process cant be completed by windows. So, i try some software such us HP DRIVE KEY BOOT UTILITY, HP USB DISK STORAGE FORMAT TOOL, etc. But they dont work, my flashdisk still cant be formatted. Please help?

It might be so that your pendrive's disk controller has been reprogrammed. There is
a software called iformat. It does low level formatting and resets the disk controller. Go to for more info about fake USB drives:
