Nothings is more annoying than getting sebum stuck in my facial pores which results in, voila, whiteheads. SOOOOO SICK and tired of them. I know I've been told not to squeeze them out but I just can't help it. And this is the best method I know of to keep them at bay. Before I squeeze them out, I sort of soften them first by using a foamy facial wash formulated with salicylic acid. Massage for like 5 minutes, wash, then dry. After a few minutes more, I squeeze the whiteheads out using clean hands with short nails. I find them easier to come out after my ritual.

if you really want to get rid of them then i would suggest you should undergo facial cleaning even at least once every 2-3months. facial cleaning would probably make your nose whiteheads-free! hehe. have you ever tried facial before? if not and want to try it, you MUST tolerate the pain of pricking! hahaha :D it really hurts but once you see the result, you'll like it :D

wow this is certainly a problem in a lot of people's lives there are a few ways but the only way i've done it is by buying some of those nasal strips from walmart for clearing black heads but you have to wet your nose before applying the strips and after leaving it on for 10 to 15 minutes then you can start to peel it off and the white heads all become stuck to it however this is of course not a permanent fix they always manage to somehow comeback 3 days or more later. but that's just one alternative so that way you don't have to do it everyday.
