What would you do if prophet Muhammad visit to your home?  

only that?? It might be interesting to know, the things that would you do, if the prophet Muhammad (PBUH), in person came, to spend time with you. BUt sometimes i think that would he sad when he see what have we done and be our habit today.

to be totally honest I would probably ask him a lot of questions regarding islam, although I do respect all religions, islam is to me very confusing, since it seams that women have less rights than men, and to me that is very offensive.

are you kidding catarina? Muhammad is Moslem Prophet ( a wisely, a perfect Man). i dont know how to say about this Man. but for Moslem in all world, He is a Perfect man.

If you claim that Mohammad is perfect why did he killed people. Why did he used force to convert people to Islam? Please read your Quran. I will suggest that you do so before saying that he is a perfect man. Jesus never sinned, but mohammad sinned. I hope you will not be hysterical when you read this reply to your comment. people assessment of course will be different each other, you assume that Jesus was not have sin, and we as moslem assume that Muhammad a perfect man, nothing's wrong here, the wrong is when this disticntion made tools to make us hate each other. why dont we discuss about it then we're getting to know the teaching or our religion we believe.there should be no harsh word, each blasphemy. i think if we do like that, World gonna be more beautiful.

I didn't force you to believe what i write here, you ask me then i answer. it's up to you want to believe or not. you have confidence in your teaching and i have confidence to my teaching of islam too.
it's your right to talk what do you want to talk or think, but if you dont know what exactly dont blaspheme.
I also will not affect you to believe what i write, Islam not teach to do it. Islam not teach to kill someone even he/she not moslem.
this forum not to blame anybody, but for discuss, if you dont agree what i said, i'm ok. i dont fell disapointed or else. I suggest that you must go to Islamic center on your city so you will know Islam more, after you know all of the teaching then you can say whatever you want. Islamic center not for moslem people, but all various religion will accept there.

I guess you know even less than me. I have gone to an islamic centre and was not welcome. I went the same way I went to a sinegogue or a church, because I'm very curious about religion.

As to saying I don't know nothing, you are mistaken. I have read several parts of the Quran and I'm aware that it's not so offensive towards women as some may think, how ever it is used as areason for the way women are treated in islamic countries, and it's sad because most of them do not get any respect from men.

If you are a believer, I respect that, I wish I was a religious person, it would make life a lot easier for me, but some women are forced into this religion, by men who use the Quran and Mohammed as a reason to treat them like animals - this is not ok.

I know catarina, sometimes they force us(woman)to excuse Qur'an. But i do believe that that man doesnt know what inside of Qur'an at all. Muhammad never angry to his wifes, he always listen what they want. one day he out from home and then he back too late, he knocked the door, but his wife didnt wake up, Muhammad not angry or blame his wife, but he knew that his wife was tired after all day worked at home. then he slept on the front of porch.
if people in islamic center not welcome, i dont understand what happend there, they should welcome you and answer what in your mind.
Now we flashback to the era Islam come. i'm sure that you have read of history about in the past, women are considered as bad luck. every woman birth a girl, his husband burried alive his daughter immediately. Why dont source of Islam not from America or England, Or China? Because of behaviour of Arabic was cruel, etc. Then Islam came to arrange everything and change the gap between woman and man.

1. Moslem woman has to close all of her body.

an expensive thing will be guarded and stroked and kept in the safest and best. Diamond certainly not will not be allowed to be scattered. isn't it?

2. women need to ask permission from her husband when going out of the house.

Woman need to obey her husband but he was obliged to obey his mother 3 times greater than his father. was not the mother is a woman??

3. women receive less inheritance than men

woman receive less inheritance or legacy of the man but the property became privete property, and should not be handed over to her husband. when men receive inheritance or legacy, he will use his wealth to his wife and children.

In the afterlife, a man will have to answer these 4 women : wife, mother, daughter, and sister. a woman too, against liability incurred by these 4 men : her husband, her son, her brother and her father.

This is a few examples of how Islam glorifies women's position.

yeah, Indonesia is the largest muslim country, like u said that we as moslem love peacefull. maybe you have read news that many terorist came or happened on my country, that's because they think wrong teaching. all of us as moslem hate it too.. they didnt think if they do something like that make people over the world not respect to moslem

Yes, Islam is beautiful. the teaching of Islam is teach to make peacefull in this world. Muslim is always be victim of slander, but we believe that Alloh will help us. Dont care what people said, we care what Alloh said.
