what do you with your friend??  

First of all i don't have such a friend who are stingy.
As he is your friend so you can help him. And you can also get a help from your friend. I will do the same things what i am telling you. Though i don't like to borrow money from anyone. But sometime i did.

If he was someone who offered to pay me back multiple times and never did, I would be upset and probably end the friendship. It would be obvious that he/she was taking advantage of me. It's not worth it. I wouldn't ask him to borrow his money at all. If he never promised to pay me back and that wasn't something I expected of him, I'd still be his friend, though.

well, i'd like to help friends when they in need. but sometimes, some of our friends are stingy or hard return the money. we dont like this siduation happen.so, in my apinion, it depend on what kind of friends want to borrow money from me. if he is my best friend or the guy i true, i will borrow him the money. if he is not my best friend or i know less about the him, i won't borrow him money. sometimes, if a friend does need help but i am not sure weather i can trust him or not, probobiily, i may burrow him some money. hower, the amount of the money is as limit as i can donate.

If have a fiend like that, I will let him borrow first my money to him for the first time. The time he will not pay this money, he cannot borrow money from me anymore. But the friendship is still there, I will always consider this person as my friend.

I don't have such a friend being so stiny.
Most of friends are always generous,and i am always get help from them.Of course,I never forgot to pay back to them.
Do what you can do to help your friends,after all,he needs your help and will return you twice.That's my opinion.just fyi.

My opinions is, if I don't lend him money, I'd feel guilty (if this person is someone I consider a close friend, that is). so if he really needs it i'll lend him some or even give it for free. If it's really that important.

Unfortunately, sometimes this is the risk you have to take when you want friends is a lot of times when they want to borrow $$ from you, knowing whether or not it is OK to lend it, and if it will bring hardship later on as well. I have learned many times when it comes to lending money, it is something to never be able to expect to get back. It should be considered a Gift... and if they ever do try and pay you back, consider it a Bonus.
