Hello everyone, Can you remember any situation you feel your mom was so happy of what you did or gave her? When was that? And was it very touching to have your mom having a tears of joy because you show how you love/care about her?
It was the day i passed my board exam i saw saw my mom tearing with joy,when she knew i passed my board exam i saw unexplainable face,and keep telling me sheis so proud of me, im not only the board passer in my family but she didn't expect that me (her youngest one) will have courage to finished my study, as she was thinking before that im just a happy go lucky baby of her.Lol.
Now let me know when did you make your mom happy? and what have you done/what did you gave her to make her happy?
Thank you and God bless everyone!

Hello cloud;
My mom and I have always been close. Since becoming a mother myself I think our relationship has gotten even more meaningful. I've never had any doubt that she is proud of me and the things I've accomplished. I have a great idea for others who want to show their mom some appreciation. A few years ago I sent flowers to my mother on MY birthday. The card said simply "Thank you for me."

Hello Brynnesmom, Your simple way of extending gratitude to your mom is one of the best way we can appreciate what our own mom did to us,I am quiet sure how happy your mom when she they handed the flowers you have sent to her , and message inside of it was really a meaningful one considering your self as a gift from your her, indeed a thoughtful way .Thank you for sharing your story.Happy myLotting!

It was when I graduated from high school with top honors that I made her so happy. She really values my education so much that she keeps telling me to try my best to finish college no matter what. She was kinda responsible for 50% of the pressure that was on me when I was studying. She was sort of a perfectionist when it came to my grades. I don't blame her anyway, because I pressured myself as much as she did, maybe even more. And if it weren't for that I wouldn't have that kind of award and recognition. :-) Unfortunately I have stopped going to college. She's really sad. But I'm gonna try my best to go back this semester.

Hello mj, nice to hear from you, we have almost similar story to make our own mom happy, i agree that when a child will have get a good results to her study it brings proud to a mom, they might gave us pressure sometimes but indeed a good way to reach our goal in life, mother seems to always been a perfectionist not only to our academic performance but in all the things they think we have to improve, you are very having a responsible and loving mom.Thanks for sharing, God bless!

Hiya cloud31,
Think it was when I went to stay with her over in Ëngland as I was having my Third Son and I did not have a House to go to as such.
I was almost at the end of the pregnancy about 3 months to go and it seemed to make her really happy for a time making a fuss over me sometimes when she could. Letting me sleep as I slept for hours sometimes.
She would do me my favourite sandwiches too and I in return made Dinners and Apple Pies and others when I was much better.
All in all she seemed to be much happier for a while anyway. She did´nt cry but I could tell things were better between us for a while at least.
Which made it all worth while. It was something that was never repeated though but I would have gone over again and stayed just the same.
