One vet effective technique to wake up early is sleep early, this will ensure you wake up very early.

That has been happening to me a lot lately. I usually go to sleep around midnight and sometimes I can wake up at 6 in the morning but most of the time I can't and I fall back to sleep. Or I hit the snooze button repeatedly. I read somewhere that it's best to wake up in 3 hour intervals after you went to bed, so if you went to bed at midnight, it would be best to wake up at three (although that would probably be way too early), at six or at nine o'clock. That explains why I can wake up at 6 easily but when I want to wake up at 8, I fall back asleep. Also maybe sleeping a few hours more would help with the problem.
