the telltale signs that you are angry  

It's really hard for me talk when I'm upset. But I've been know to walk out from a conversation I can't control myself anymore. I'd rather they be angry with me for walking out. I might lose control and I'd hate for them to listen to me rant and be just mean.

well i guess its better to walk out sometimes than doing some other things that we might regret in the future.
when we are angry, i think space is important & some cooling moments...so that we can think as well.
with me, sometimes i also hate it when i am angry and i can't do anything. sometimes i just find my self crying out of too much anger!

I also know that when I'm angry I tend to be subjective and say things that I don't really mean just because i want to lash out. So I'd rather walk out.

and its good that you know yourself & so you also know what to do in time like this to avoid more troubles!

I have a few friends I can be comfortable with when I'm angry. Our friendship has grown so much that we know each other too well to mind. We can rave and rant and we'd still be friends after. Though it was tough getting there. It took a lot of tears and laughter :)

yeah you're lucky. you might lose all your teeth that way. But I know of people who grind their teeth in sleep . I wish I had my emoticons so you'd know Im really just kidding :)
