| |  For me it has to be Squall. FF8 was the first final fantasy game that I have played so playing as squall had a lot of impact on me. I also like cloud but he just looks cartoonish in ff7.

| |  For me, it is most definitely Sephiroth. Besides from the fact that he is almost god like, he has this certain mysterious aura around him. Plus that uberly long sword looks really cool. His personality is quite interesting too, if you played Crisis Core you'll see that he is not really like the way he was on FF7. Genesis did pretty much mess him up. :))

| | If you actually listened and watched in FF7 you would see that Sephiroth was dead and the evil one was a clone. So that would explain why he "isn't really like that", because it's not him. | | | |

| | even if he was a clone, the fact that Sephiroth's will was the one driving him, it just means it is still him. The clones were like a vessel for his consciousness, so yeah, it is still him. He changed when he read the stuff at the shinra mansion (shown at crisis core, AND at the flashbacks at FF7) and that really explained why he was like that on FF7. If you are saying that the events in FF7 was because of the evil clone and not because of sephiroth, then I'll have to disagree on that one. | | | |

| |  For me... well, i have several. Faris Scherwiz though i hadn't completed ff4 yet, she seemed quite a tsundere and i have a soft spot for that. Quistis Trepe from ff8 and also Aerith Gainsborough from ff7, since i also had a thing for cool big sister-types like them (a bit subverted in Aerith's case). Zell Dincht because he's a source of laughs. And Sazh Katzroy for sporting an afro, LOL =))
