The Evils of hitch-hiking  

I know when I was growing up my dad use to pick up people hitch hiking all the time. Back then if you passed someone and did not pick them up you felt bad. Now days you do not know who you are picking up and what they are thinking. The could have plans to rob you, kill you, steal your car, or so many other things so it makes it hard to want to help anyone any more. If I did feel the need to pick up a hitch hiker the only way I would do so is by making them ride in the bed of my truck and I would not feel right doing that so I just pass people when driving by.

We can save ourseles om becoming the prey of such evils. Gone are those days ahen face was used to be an index of the character. One can never be sure of the intentions of these Samaritans who may prove ugly customers anf ruin youngpromising career for ever Very often hitch-hiking leads to undesirable results because you do not know what is hidden in the driver's psyche. It is a wise step to keep in mind the hard lines of any eventuality. By having a ride we are presenting our rein in somebody's hand's.
