|  The feeling of being hurt and broken because of a very
drastic break up is hard.You will never
know this feeling unless you tried.
The FIRST thing you should understand that it's okay to
feel what you feel. Grieving of a broken heart and crying
about is completely normal. TALK. Talk about how you
feel, tell you're friends about it. This will heal you and
an advantage to make you feel better.
ACCEPTANCE that you won't get back together anymore. Don't
expect instead learn to pick up the pieces and love again.
Lastly Don't ever blame yourself regarding the break up.
Theirs a reason for everything and something happy and nice
will come..

| |  Don't be sad that the two of you are no longer together. Just be happy that this happened prior to marriage and kids. Just imagine, kids would have been hurt. I always remember this:
