Raining hard on the south, snowing hard on the north

The weather not going to be better on the next couple of days until Valentine's day I guess. I hope that the sky will be clear soon. Here in the south, it is keeping on raining these couple of days. And it really affect the traffic on the road during the raining days. I usually would take the locals rather than highway. On the North, I heard that snowing is getting harder these days too, and it is really cold. On Washington D.C. and Philly, it probably add 1 or 1.5 inch of snow. Wow, I couldn't handle it if I live there.
