She maybe tame maybe happy but still it's not always assertive way. They must do something about it...

I think all cats do this when walking. My cat is male but I also see cats who are female and they all walk the same. I think there are more distinctive physical features to know whether they are male of female like how they urinate and to see if they have nipples under their bellies. That would always be noted as female.
