I do think that you need to have good relation but i also think you need to think of what inside of you made you successful and how you motivated your self to become successful and what training you not through to learn what you had to do and achieve to get the job done and to make you successful. I think what you gain is human relation when your successful because it is human that see what you have done achieve and that gets you more relation.
