I don't know how she got the dye, I missed that. There are enough loop holes to drive a truck through, that's for sure. I saw a preview and Paul is leaning out the door of Patti's room screaming he needs help..so presumably he will get this figured out, now will he be able to stop the wedding in time or will Patti wig out when she gets cornered and take somebody out. I'm not optimistic about Emily surviving..it seems in the soap world everytime someone falls as much in love as Jack has..or when they profess their love right before going off somewhere, tragedy follows.

I knew this was coming.. I mentioned it in a post earlier. Like it wasn't written on the walls that Patti would dispose of Emily and take her place and marry Jack! But she some how got ahold of a bottle of peroxide in that padded cell of hers and bleached Emily's hair right there with no water, sink or towels to dry it all up! Then she scarfed her dark hair until she got back to Emilys hotel room with a bottle of brown hair dye for herself.

She pre-empted it all by pretending in front of Paul (and he bought it) that she was Emily so that just layed ground for liability to Emily when she wakes and says "But I AM Emily!" and no one believes her.

HO hum is all I have to say about it!

The one good thing about Billy and Victoria hooking up would be the reaction of the mustache..Victor would blow!! I see that she and JT agreed today that their marriage was done.

Yea. Victor would really go crazy! Feel bad for JT but he will soon have Mack. Won't that be funny. Mack and JT and Victoria and Billy. Everybody switch! Crazy!!!

Correct and in soap opera time Valentines day should start on Wednesday and end friday..unless someone is bleeding, then they will lay there until Monday.

Not a big fan of bringing Diane back..we've got enough story lines to get tied up before we get yet another new one. I think Diane and Phylis went at each other too.

That's the biggest mystery going on at the moment it seems..How the heck did Patti get the dye, manage to use it and not get caught. Any of us ever dyed our hair and not been able to smell it? Emily's hair wasn't wet? Paul should have been able to smell the dye as soon as he opened the door to Patti's room, and he's supposed to be this seasoned dectective?

I think our intelligence has been collectively insulted with this part of the story line.

Patty used peroxide to dye Emily's hair. It's unrealistic that peroxide would turn Emily's hair to the exact blonde color of Patty's hair...however, I do understand how she could pick it up because a few episodes back it was showing Patty moving around freely in the hallway outside her cell while Paul was visiting. Since they weren't keeping her completely confined to her room, she could have picked up the peroxide somewhere in the facility.

Do we know how long it took Paul to find Emily? I had the impression that at least hours had gone by so that could explain why he didn't notice her hair was wet.

Thanks echomonster..i must have missed Patti roaming around. I don't know at what point Paul discovered Emily, but if it was hours then her head would have been dry. I still think they are expectng us to swallow a bit much with this course of events, but knowing it was at least possible for Patti to get her hands on the peroxide helps a little.

Do you want to bet that summer will know it's patty and everyone will think that she is just confused because the 2 look alike?

I am almost certain that Summer will find out. Kids are a lot smarter than people think. Summer will remember that Patti was the one who made her sick and made her almost die. A child never forgets something like that. I had a feeling that Patti was going to marry Jack one way or another.
