Michael Redd off the Milwaukee Bucks |
| |
| I know the Bucks are an up and coming team. This season they have improved alot. Then Michael Redd goes down, with the same injury as last year. Since then the Bucks are even playing better then they did before his injury! Is Redd that bad of a distraction on the floor that the Bucks are better with out him? If Redd comes back from this injury, again, should the Bucks trade him for another player? What is your opinion? | | | | | |

| | Michael Redd is a great player on the court. No doubt, he has the skill to compete on a high level of basketball. It is unfortunate that he was injured. The other players on the team are good players. I think that in the absence of Redd, they have stepped up their game, knowing that their go-to guy is down. It is not that Redd is distraction but there are some positive things when someone is down. Look at the Lakers. Kobe and Bynum were down but the other players contributed and stepped up their game. The result is winning two games without their superstar. | | | | | | |

| | Good point. The Bucks have been picking up the pace now that Redd is injured. If the Lakers can pick up the pace with Kobe and Bynum bienging ijured the Bucks can, too! | | | |

| | One of the reasons why the Milwaukee Bucks is on some hot run this season is it's rookie Brandon Jennings. Jennings have exceeded expectations and is groomed to be one of the leaders for the ROY race. Though he's slowed down a bit compared to his very impressive start, Jennings still holds the Bucks together at some point. He's the Bucks top point guard and the offense revolves around him. Another reason is Andrew Bogut. Bogut is having a big season piling up double-doubles game after game. Just like Tracy McGrady at Houston, Michael Redd could be the odd man out in Milwaukee once he returns. If he assumes the star role in the Bucks camp, there's no way Milwaukee would win a lot. Redd is a great player, no doubt about it, but his ability to lead his team to a serious number of victories is questionable. Jennings, Bogut, Carlos Delfino, Luke Ridnour, Hakeem Warrick, and the rest of the Bucks have already proved that team oriented basketball could really win it for the Bucks. However, if Redd gels with the team well when he returns, Milwaukee will be a lot more deadlier team. Redd is one of the best shooters in the NBA and could score 20-25 points per game. He will give the Bucks more scoring threats and options. I don't see the Bucks trading Redd away as of now. He could still be so valuable to the team. However, if things won't go well, they can send him away anytime. He's good and for sure a lot of teams will be after him and at the same time the Bucks getting a good deal in return. | | | | | | |

| | Yes Brandon Jennings has been a great addiction to the Bucks. Alot of Bucks fans think think that too. These some fans think without Redd, Jennings is able to shine on the court. If Redd would not of gottan injuried Jennings would never shine! That is other peoples opinions not mine! Redd is a very good player and the more I think about it the less likely the Bucks would trade him. | | | |

| | I don't think Jennings would not shine if Redd didn't go down with an injury. Maybe Jennings wasn't able to score 55 points in a single game but pretty sure he's still very valuable for the Bucks. Jennings is a point guard and Redd is a shooting guard so there's no conflict in it. Maybe Jennings assists average will go a little higher because Redd will still be Milwaukee's main scoring option. Jennings is not the only reason why the Bucks is playing well. Andrew Bogut is another one and has been playing better basketball this season. The impact of Michael Redd's presence still has to be seen whether it would help or hurt the Bucks but on Jennings' part, I can't see any harm. Jennings is a good player and whether Redd is present or not, he will put up good stats. | | | |

| | He didn't fit with the sstem. T-Mac will be better off going else where than staying with the Rockets. Arenas doesn't need to stay in Washington if he returns to the league. Great players don't always do great things for every team. The square peg doesn't always fit the round hole, no matter how many all star games it's started in. | | | | | | |

| | The numbers talk by themselves. Bucks won more games without Redd than with him on the team. Maybe they should try to get a better SF for him ... | | | | | | |
