| | lol you actually have a point! :D I dont know about other countries but in my country, Valentines Day and Chinese New Year aren't really non-working holidays (from what I know) so I guess the worse case scenarion would be if tey are considered non-working holidays and yet both fall on the same date and on a sunday.
