What kind of dog u have? A pedigree or a tyke? Wich one u prefer?

I have a black Labrador, he's 6 yrs old. I didnt know much about dogs when I bought mine. A friend knew someone who had dogs for sale and this is how I bought my dog. He's pure breed and I learned about the problems that might arise with him only after I bought him. The vet told me. But it doesnt really matter to me. I love him and I do all I can to make sure he'll live healthy as long as possible. It'll break my heart if he were to get sick. I pray he doesnt and prove my vet wrong!!
