Are Tyler Perry's movies and TV shows funny?

Spike Lee called Tyler Perry's work a bad trait.I like TV show House of Pain and his movies are good too. What are your favorite Tyler Perry work?

Spike Lee is just mad that he is not longer the "do it all" black person in hollywood. He really needs to stop hating on Tyler Perry. I think Tyler Perry's movies are hilarious and real tear jerkers all at the same time- which makes for a great movie everytime in my opinion. Spike Lee had his day..it's over and he is mad..GET OVER IT!
