The parts and component in computer today are of low quality.

ou can say that if you are talking about assembled PC,The fact these sophisticated parts are not duplicate.Yes they are Grey lot.Grey lot are those which are rejected during QC test and sold at lot to Grey market. The assembled PC manufacturers then buys these lot and hence we get an inferior quality product. Big brands never compromise to quality as they have to save their brand image. But still some time due to price compilation some bad managers of some company promises a very low price to take the order. at the same time they have to look at their BL(Bottom Line) so they sometime compromise with the quality. But as you say that the parts are not of good quality... I don't agree with that. All latest parts are of better quality than their previous counter parts.I hope I am clear enough.

~ hi! it depends on that what parts exactly do you buy, because there are cheaper- with lower quality, and expemsive ones- with good and excelent quality. So better look at the prices and the producer, because in many cases they are determinant for the quality of the parts. ~

yes in that time the component of computer are very bad quality.. and if you purchased them without seeing or without any knowledge.. then you may get problem of your computer hardware.. so if you purchased component then firstly you discussed it to your any friend who are have knowledge of hardware component.. thanking you and keep mylotting always..

I think CD ROM and Hard Disk are today's component which are available in the market are of very low quality. I don't want name the company but CD ROM of thic company having a very inferior quality. Their heads get rubbed very easliy . I heard from may friend thri CD is unable to read and write the CD or DVD even sometimes Brand New CD's and DVD's .As we see the graph of previous rates of component they reduced as well as in qualities.

market has everything ranging from low to high quality. the other thing is that it depends on ones usage means how much you take care.
yeah physically today's parts are not that much robust as it was before , but otherwise every technology has grown and has delivered the very best.

yes i find it quite true when it comes to low end products. the capacitors burn out easily these days. perhaps this has something to do with competing with other cheap &^ similar products in the market.
