What is your best idea for the long months of El Nino Phenomenon?

Hello mylotters! Summer heat is already started in our country Philippines. I heard about the news that there are many places affected with the fire heat of the sun . It causes many plantation of our basic needs of foods like rice, corn and others. So sad to hear it that the farmers which are the prime workers to make all of us eat the main food for the day that they cannot have a good harvest for this month or next. What will happen to our family? How could we live longer if nothing to eat. They are the suppliers to different cities of rice and corn and now it holds. What can we do for this problem? What can you suggest and recommend? I know it is already heard by our President so with the officials in charge with it. How can we overcome this incident ? It's beyond our control.
