Eating the right food makes everyone keep in shape  |

| Eating properly is very satisfied to me especially more on vegetables and fruits during lunch time. Eating less meat say twice a week makes me slim and keep my shape in tack at size 31. Morning is loaf of bread, milk,with piece of mango fruit. Dinner is with rice, steam fish with salad and banana.Fasting at lunch time during Sunday have to detox myself from cholesterol and fats. I see to it balancing my diet all around during the week.Till now, I don't have any sign of major diseases at all.Do you check your diet? | | | | | |

The only secret to staying fit and healthy is to eat fresh vegetables and fresh fruits and have a balance diet. Avoid fats and meat everyday.
