Eating the right food makes everyone keep in shape  email this discussion to a friend?

Eating properly is very satisfied to me especially more on vegetables and fruits during lunch time. Eating less meat say twice a week makes me slim and keep my shape in tack at size 31. Morning is loaf of bread, milk,with piece of mango fruit. Dinner is with rice, steam fish with salad and banana.Fasting at lunch time during Sunday have to detox myself from cholesterol and fats. I see to it balancing my diet all around during the week.Till now, I don't have any sign of major diseases at all.Do you check your diet?

usually i am not responding in the below 500 ratings scorer, but though i am in bodybuilding since last 7-8 years, i was compelled to discuss with you, because you needs some attentions like me, either this time my physique is in not very good shape, but iam completely agree with you, that only right food make your shape good, make you feel healthier, from mind, soul and phusique

as for me, no i don't check my diet.

i just EAT!!! and when i feel like i fill my clothes, i know it's time to diet. And then i watch what i eat and how much i eat. i normally just cut down on carbs and chocolates.

yeah i believe that too, eating right is the secret to fitness. eating wrong stuff or too much of something and less ons omething is not healthy at all so. i think you will just eat enough of everything

I think we have to be careful in what we are eating. If we are eating the right nutrients and balance diet, we have good health. If you are dieting you have a purpose to reach your goal and benefited from this.

Well said, the most problems today is because of change in food habit and life style. A well balanced food at right timings at right way can keep you fit and healthy. Nice to hear..do keep up!

Eating the right foods can make our body healthy. I just wonder why some people had a hard time trimming down and having a diet and others risk their life with some liposuction and everything. The only secret to staying fit and healthy is to eat fresh vegetables and fresh fruits and have a balance diet. Avoid fats and meat
everyday.

Balancing diet is actually not hard to do if you really love your body and it will effect the overall outlook of your health and your life as well. I did check my dies especially that I have illness and I can't eat a lot of foods.
