Do you have cordless home phone ?

We are having corded home phone for many years and it did not give any problem at all, but recently my friend gifted us new cordless home phone and it is new one but it has started giving problem and it is power battert problem. Anyway i think corded phones are much better than cordless phones ... what you guys think about it ?

We use a cordless phone most of the time, but we have a phone with a cord on it for backup incase the power goes out. We like the cordless phone for every day convenience, but the corded phone has come in quite handy for us as a backup.

I have owned Cordless home phones, and personally even though they are nice, they to me are inconvenient. Most of the time they have short battery life, and are easy to misplace somewhere, so for me I still prefer the old fashioned ones, or my Cell phone.
