| |  They are not the same, but they are similar. They are both algae. I have little knowledge about Chlorella, but I have an in-depth knowledge of Spirulina. It's the world's most complete food. It's one of the tiniest, almost microscopic but the world's most nutritious food. It is also known for its high content of Phenylalanine, a substance related to protein that is known for its appetite suppressing capability, often used by those reducing weight. If you want to become healthy, slim and sexy, go for it! :)
