Will You Consider Invest in Real Estate in Emerging Markets

Emerging Markets such as China have seen a rapid growth even during the turmoil after the breakout of the credit crunch.Properties in the fast developing countries have become hotter under the support of low interest and high implied volitiliy of the asset prices.
With the foreseeable rise of national income and investment return,will you consider to invest in the emerging markets?

I guess houses prices in China will rise a lot in the next 5-10 years. According with the economy growing in the country, salaries will rise, and the cost of life will rise too. So, is quite obvious that the houses price will rise too. So quite surely invest in real estate on the emerging markets could be a good choice.
