Does anyone know how to format vista?

Hi I have vista on my new computer but it has been partitioned and I would like to format the drive. With XP it was easy but haven't been able to figure out how to format vista. Can anyone tell me how to format vista?

hey, its simple man.....its same as when u format...window xp... in xp u need activation code.......... but in vista....no need for code.. just simple installation

Hi Sknsknskn. No I tried it with the installation disk and it didn't work. I tried to do it from local disk C and it didn't work. So I just plain don't know how to do it. And I am a computer geek. But I will figure it out.
