Self-Esteem

ive been wondering if i should get counseling for my low self esteem problem. i always feel down on myself and my looks seem to be on my mind all the time. i always compare myself to every other girl it seems like. i can never go a day without picking out my flaws and wishing why couldn'tnt have wut those other good looking girls have for faces.

Try reading self help books. Alot of them can be purchased in different bookstores. They can help you a lot. Also, try decreasing comparing yourself to others. Or if you can't help comparing yourself to others, try to compare your upside o their downside. This way you'll always feel good about yourself. It is a good technique to increase self esteem. Just don't overdo it, else, you'll end up being a narcissist.

i have read about a book and it says that keeping affirmations will do greatly with self-esteem. you can start to feel it immediately after doing affirmations. an example of affirmation is: I am a human and I am not so much different from the others. It's not only me who has low self-esteem. I have nothing to worry about. That would be stupid. Try thinking like that and see the results.
