Wear Sweater or Jacket in Winter?

Since it's a winter First I would for sure, would ware the sweater to keep my feelings more lovely for my mother and over that I would wear jacket to cover up my throat and keep myself fully warm against the cool breeze . In winter when the cold is pricking so much sweater alone is not enough. I need jacket too. As well as what mother gives me will not be enough throughout my life. I should learn to buy with my own money for keeping myself more safe. Mother's heredity will assure me but my effort will comfort me. What do you say?

I think whatever your mom made for you it would be better for you and keep you worm in winter seasons and i do have so many hand made sweater rather than purchased one.
